The difference between being in a relationship 
and being in prison is that 
in prisons they let you play softball on the weekends.

 Mind is like the wood or stone 

from which a person carves an image. 
心智像木頭或石頭，從那它雕塑了意像。

If he carves a dragon or a tiger, 
and seeing it fears it, he is like a person 
creating a picture of hell and then afraid to face it. 
若他雕刻了龍或虎，心生畏懼恐怖，
此時他就像編畫了一幅地獄景像，害怕面對它。

If he does not fear it, then his unnecessary thoughts will vanish.
若心無恐懼，那些妄念自然會消失！

Part of the mind produces sight, sound, taste, odor and sensibility, 
and from them raises greed, anger and ignorance 
with all their accompanying likes and dislikes.
心識的某部份製造了色丶聲丶味丶香丶觸覺，
伴隨因分別心而起的愛憎
從這六䴤心識升起貪嗔癡。

Mind at Peace 止歇寂靜之心

When the mind is at peace,
the world too is at peace.
當心寂靜祥和，世界也安歇此寧靜之境

Nothing real, nothing absent.
Not holding on to reality,
not getting stuck in the void,
you are neither holy or wise, 
無虛無實，現實無執取，虛空不落陷，非聖非賢，

just an ordinary fellow who has completed his work.
心如凡夫只是簡單了完應了之事！

 It may be that when we no longer know what to do
we have come to our real work,

The mind that is not baffled is not employed.

愛是一朵花，而你，只是花的種籽

害怕破碎的心，永遠學不會跳舞

Some say love, it is a river
有人說，愛是條河 

that drowns the tender reed
容易將柔弱的蘆葦淹沒

Some say love, it is a razor
有人說，愛是把剃刀

that leaves your soul to bleed
會任由你的靈魂淌血

Some say love, it is a hunger , an endless aching need
有人說，愛是種饑渴 ，一種無盡的帶痛的需求

I say love it is a flower
我說，愛是一朵花

And you, it's only seed

It's the heart afraid of breaking 
害怕破碎的心

that never learns to dance
永遠學不會跳舞

It's the dream afraid of waking
